Recommended Usage Instructions

1. Wear gel 5 toe spreader in the day when going out or at home. Start wearing it for 2 hours, and progressively increase the duration of use. Slight discomfort may be experienced as your feet is getting adjusted to the toe spreader. If you feel any discomfort, take it out and rest and continue again when discomfort is gone. Progressively increase the duration of wear until you can wear it for the whole day.
2. Wear toe sleeve with toe spreader in the night when sleeping. Slight discomfort may be experienced as your feet is getting adjusted to the toe spreader. If you feel any discomfort during the night, take it out and continue again the following night. Don’t force yourself to wear it if uncomfortable. Progressively increase the duration of wear until you can wear it for the whole night.

Product Care Instructions

• Wash daily after use for hygiene purposes. Wash with light soap and water.
• Do not put under direct sunlight.
