Warranty Policy for 3D Printed Custom Insoles
At FeetCare, we are committed to delivering high-quality, precision-made 3D printed custom insoles designed for comfort, support, and long-term foot health. This warranty policy outlines what is covered, what is not covered, and how we support you after your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
If you have purchased warranty for your 3D printed custom insoles, they are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of collection or delivery.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material faults under normal usage conditions.
What is Covered
We will repair, adjust, or replace your insoles if any of the following occur:
Structural Defects in 3D Printing
Cracking, splitting, or deformation due to manufacturing issues

Degeneration of Filament
Errors in production that do not match the prescribed design or specifications

Workmanship Defects
Errors in production that do not match the prescribed design or specifications

Top Cover Broken
Pieces of EVA foam or microfiber broken not caused by misuse

Top Cover Separation
Delamination of top cover from 3D printed base

Top Cover Punctured
Holes in the EVA top cover that causes feet to be in direct contact with 3D printed base
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues arising from normal use, improper handling, or external factors.
Exclusions include:
- Normal wear and tear
Gradual compression, surface wear, or cosmetic aging over time - Improper use or care
- Use in unsuitable footwear or different footwear than what is designed for
- Exposure to excessive heat (e.g. leaving insoles in hot environments)
- Water damage or improper cleaning
- High-impact or unintended use
Use in activities beyond the intended purpose unless advised - Changes in foot condition
Including weight changes, injuries, or medical developments affecting fit - Unauthorised modifications
Alterations made by third parties outside of FeetCare - Cosmetic imperfections
Minor scratches, discoloration, or aesthetic changes that do not affect function
